Responsibilities

Social Media:
Produce high impact and high quality content for social platforms, leveraging advanced editing to highlight technical product features and reinforce the distinctive SCHEELS brand aesthetic.
Streamline the creation of expert-led content by effectively managing all pre-production logistics from identifying key product launches to organizing fast-paced shot lists that minimize disruption to store operations.
Successfully follow and create content for campaigns led by SCHEELS Campus.
Understand both predictive and recapping analytical data pertaining to social media.
Knowledge of social media platforms and SCHEELS digital marketing best practices.
Manages public relations between SCHEELS and our customers via multiple internet platforms.
Understand the SCHEELS brand and event marketing strategies.
Must have experience with Adobe Premier and Adobe Lightroom.
Public Relations:
Welcome, greet and address customers in a friendly and courteous manner while providing prompt and outstanding services both in-store and during off-site events.
Strong knowledge of SCHEELS policies and applicable laws.
Identify and direct local community outreach opportunities including Helping Hands, United Way and the SCHEELS Gives Back Program.
Serve as a representative of SCHEELS at partner events by upholding the highest standards in conduct and appearance.
Foster and create partnerships through donations while managing the store donation budget.
Must have strong oral and written communication, while exercising sound judgement and tact as it relates to interactions with customers, SCHEELS associates and the community.
Ability to be organized, multitask and maintain all aspects of social media and donations. Professional in appearance and attitude.
Embrace and embody the SCHEELS brand and culture acting as a passionate ambassador to cultivate our community through social media platforms and donations.
Assists and Aids the Event Coordinator for annual budget strategy and Events.
Ability to work assigned schedules which may include varied hours evenings, weekends and holidays. Schedule will include 2-3 weekend days, and 2-3 week nights per month including occasional travel/overnight stays.
Must possess a valid driver's license.
Education & Experience

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; 2-5 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Must have experience with Adobe Premier and Adobe Lightroom.

Must be able to sit, stand, bend at the waist, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, walk, push/pull, lift, talk, and hear with or without reasonable accommodation. Medium work – Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 30 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
