Swiss German Voice Actor for AI CX Agent

Role Overview

Provide high-quality Swiss German voice recordings to train and evaluate a client internal CX AI Agent, including consenting to voice cloning for that specific use. This role focuses on producing clean, consistent, and expressive speech across varied scripts, and is well suited to experienced voice actors, narrators, or broadcasters based in Switzerland.
Key Responsibilities

Record high-quality voice samples across diverse scripts, including conversational, narrative, and instructional material
Deliver clear, natural, and expressive speech, with control of tone, pacing, and pronunciation
Maintain consistency in voice, accent, and delivery across recording sessions
Follow detailed recording guidelines for environment, microphone setup, and file formatting
Perform multiple takes with variation in emotion, emphasis, and style when requested
Qualifications

Native Swiss German speaker, currently based in Switzerland
Proven experience in voice acting, dubbing, narration, podcasting, or broadcasting
Access to a professional or near-professional recording setup, for example a quality microphone, quiet recording environment, and pop filter
Strong command of intonation, diction, and emotional range
Ability to follow scripts precisely while maintaining natural delivery
Reliable availability of 5 to 10 hours per week for the project
Willingness to permit voice cloning for use in the client internal CX AI Agent; recordings will be used only for this specific purpose
Preferred Qualifications

Experience recording for text-to-speech systems, audiobooks, IVR systems, or AI voice datasets
Familiarity with audio editing tools such as Audacity, Adobe Audition, or Reaper
Ability to deliver multiple vocal styles, for example conversational, corporate, energetic, or calm
Work Terms

Remote work, candidate must be based in Switzerland during the engagement
Hourly engagement, with expected commitment of 5 to 10 hours per week over the project
Must provide own recording equipment and meet recording environment requirements
Compensation

Pay rate: 50 to 150 hourly, paid on an hourly basis.
