Content Specialist

We're looking for a Content Specialist who is excited to help tell the story of our innovative cardiac mapping technologies. In this role, you'll support the development and execution of content strategies for our expanding portfoliohelping to ensure healthcare providers, administrators, lab staff, and sales teams have the right tools, messages, and materials to understand and communicate the value of our offerings.
As part of the Customer Activation team within the Electrophysiology division, you'll contribute to cross-functional efforts that bring campaigns to lifefrom drafting messaging frameworks to coordinating asset creation and collaborating with agency and internal partners. This role is ideal for someone with strong writing and project management skills who is eager to deepen their expertise in healthcare marketing and omnichannel content strategy.
You'll report to the Group Manager of Customer Activation and work closely with product, creative, and channel teams to support both new product launches and portfolio-wide initiatives.
This role follows a hybrid work model requiring employees to be in our Arden Hills, MN office at least 3 days per week.
Relocation assistance is not available for this position at this time.

Key Responsibilities:
Support content planning and development for U.S. commercial campaigns, focusing on cardiac mapping technologies within a broader EP portfolio.
Assist in building messaging frameworks tailored to various audiencesincluding physicians, administrators, and lab staff.
Help create and manage content libraries and foundational content assets for omnichannel use (web, email, social, sales tools, etc.).
Collaborate with product managers, content leads, creative teams, and channel partners to execute content that aligns with brand strategy and business objectives.
Coordinate content review and approval processes, including submissions to legal, regulatory, and clinical teams.
Help monitor and track content performance, supporting continuous improvement through reporting insights and stakeholder feedback.
Maintain adherence to brand guidelines and compliance standards across all deliverables.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, English, or a related field
2+ years of experience in content development or marketing (healthcare, agency, or regulated industries preferred)
Strong writing and editing skills, with an eye for detail and message clarity
Solid organizational and time-management skills; able to juggle multiple projects and deadlines
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in a regulated environment or with legal/medical/regulatory (LMR) review
Familiarity with omnichannel marketing tactics and content formats
Comfortable working with cross-functional teams, agencies, and digital platforms
Strong communication skills and a proactive, collaborative mindset
