To support healthcare analytics initiatives, the full-time Ensemble Integration Engineer will design, develop, and maintain clinical data integration workflows using InterSystems Ensemble, ensuring reliable message processing for real-time and batch clinical data from various healthcare sources in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain clinical integration workflows and message routing pipelines in InterSystems Ensemble, handling HL7 and CCDA message flows
Build and maintain Ensemble Business Services, Business Processes, and Routing Rules for clinical message processing, including error handling and message transformation
Collaborate with ETL developers to ensure proper consumption of Ensemble-generated data files and manage onboarding of new clinical data vendors
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical field
5-8 years of hands-on experience with InterSystems Ensemble and HL7 v2.x message standards
Strong ObjectScript programming skills and experience with CCDA/CDA XML processing
Experience integrating with EMPI/MPI systems via SOAP web services for patient identity resolution
Proven ability to manage vendor relationships and coordinate interface testing
