Proposal Coordinator: Bid Management & Content Craft

Summit Line Construction, Inc. is seeking a Proposal Coordinator to support the Estimating department in managing bids across all projects. The role involves organizing proposal documents, tracking deadlines, and ensuring on-time, high-quality deliverables.
You will draft and edit content, coordinate with estimators, PMs, safety, and QA/QC, and maintain a library of boilerplate materials for reuse. Training occurs in Heber before relocation to other Utah sites.
