Our role at SIE is to create and nurture the experiences under the PlayStation brand, a name synonymous with entertainment excellence and creativity.This is a part time 6 month contract role Casting Production CoordinatorYou are:A multi-tasker with strong project management skills to coordinate/manage all areas of production support for the PlayStation Studios Casting and Talent Management Department, under Worldwide Studios. You are a natural operating in a fast-paced environment and have a seamless ability to communicate with, and support, executives, talent agencies, and a variety of other vendors.We are looking for a Casting Production Coordinator who would be responsible for both financial and production tasks. This position will support with the casting and talent management professionals to ensure that the department, the games and the staff have what is needed to make some of the most exciting AAA games for PlayStation.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Maintaining cost trackers for each project in production, including:Updating the cast lists with contractual obligations (when necessary), i.e. session guarantees, booking requirements, etc.Recording number of sessions, session type and characters portrayed for each talent from incoming bids/invoicesSending final bids/invoices to the Administrative Coordinator for final payment processingDocumenting rates for services and the corresponding bids/invoices for completed work.Tracking guarantees for talent sessions against contractual obligationsExternal Talent Budget & Forecasting in collaboration with the Production team and financeKeeping spend updated on cost trackers so Director of Casting & Producers can provide accurate reporting of budget spendComparison of Actuals (Scope Track) against casting cost trackers to provide clarity into real time spend vs. actuals.Providing monthly spend to the development partners based on work scheduled/completed each month.Assisting with talent travel as requested by the other casting producers including completing direct bill requests and booking car services.Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree and/or relevant work experienceAt least 3 years of administrative or relevant work experienceMaintain a high degree of confidentiality/discretionAbility to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with AAA talent and recording studio staffStrong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)Detailed oriented with ability to handle multiple assignments concurrentlyStrong problem-solving skillsSelf-starter and results-orientedProficient user of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word)Ability to work independently on difficult projects with minimal supervisionExperience working between multiple time zonesAdditional Preference:Experience dealing with high profile executives and performers desiredFamiliarity with Recording Studios and services desiredFamiliarity with PlayStation productsExperience working in a multi-national global companyFamiliarity and experience working with talent agencies desiredAt SIE, working with our partners, we consider several factors when setting each role's base pay range, including the competitive benchmarking data for the market and geographic location. Please note that the individual base pay range may vary based on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this role is eligible for benefit offerings that include medical, dental, and vision.
