Cybersecurity Technical Writer

Cybersecurity Technical Writer GavinHeath is partnering with a client looking to add a Cybersecurity Technical Writer to their team. The role is a fully remote contract position.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain cybersecurity policies, standards, procedures, and guidelines.
Document operational runbooks and technical engineering processes.
Support documentation related to ISO 27001, SOC, NIST, audits, and compliance initiatives.
Develop clear and comprehensive technical architecture documentation.
Create documentation and materials appropriate for executive and senior leadership audiences.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience.
Experience working with information security or cybersecurity subject matter.
Strong technical program documentation experience.
Experience developing compliance and audit-related documentation.
Experience documenting technical and operational processes.
Ability to translate complex technical information into clear documentation for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Ability to support stakeholders across multiple regions across North America.
