Government Affairs Director — Hybrid/Remote Policy Leader

Colorado Association of REALTORS® is seeking a Government Affairs Director to partner with the VP of Public Policy and serve members on housing, property rights, and real estate policy. You will lead a team in executing strategy, educating members, and building relationships with officials, agencies, and industry groups.
This role requires strong policy analysis, excellent communication, and a proactive, collaborative mindset. Occasional travel and a hybrid work arrangement are expected.
