Joining a dynamic agency, the entry-level Editor will work remotely to perform copyediting, fact-checking, and proofreading of promotional and medical communications materials while adhering to established style guidelines.
Key responsibilities

Copyedit materials for consistency and adherence to grammar, punctuation, and style guidelines
Fact-check information against source materials to ensure accuracy and validate reference lists
Proofread approved copy and evaluate layouts for spacing and formatting issues

Required qualifications

Bachelor's degree, preferably in communications or health sciences
1-2 years of editorial experience preferred, with a focus on healthcare marketing or pharmaceutical advertising a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat
Ability to learn and apply style guides, with familiarity in American Medical Association style preferred
