They expand visibility beyond traditional settings, enable earlier intervention, and open the door to new models of care across the hospital and into the home.As the Global Product Marketing Manager – Wearables on the Digital Health team, you will lead the product management and growth of Medtronic's wearable monitoring portfolio. You will be responsible for downstream product strategy, lifecycle management, commercialization readiness, and market adoption, helping shape how wearable monitoring solutions evolve and scale across global healthcare settings.Why This Role MattersWearables are redefining patient monitoring. This role serves as the product management lead for the wearable portfolio, responsible for driving lifecycle management, portfolio performance, and commercialization readiness across global markets. By connecting customer needs, market insights, and business priorities, you will help ensure wearable solutions continue to deliver value throughout their lifecycle while supporting adoption and growth across care settings.This role includes approximately 15% global travelIn this role, you will own wearables end-to-end, from launch through scale, with responsibility for both product management and downstream execution. You will lead portfolio and lifecycle decisions, partnering closely with upstream teams to influence roadmap priorities, define market requirements, and guide commercialization strategies. You will serve as the central point of coordination across regions and functions, ensuring readiness, consistency, and scalability while driving adoption and long-term portfolio growth. You will also ensure wearables are positioned as a core component of the broader ACM ecosystem, demonstrating how they extend patient visibility and unlock new insights across the care continuum.Key Responsibilities:Own the global wearable portfolio throughout the product lifecycle, including launch, adoption, expansion, and optimizationDefine product strategy and market requirements based on customer needs, market trends, competitive insights, and business prioritiesPartner closely with upstream to represent customer and commercial requirementsLead pricing, packaging, and commercialization decisions to ensure solutions meet market needs and business objectivesServe as the downstream global product subject matter expert for wearable technologies across the ACM portfolioProduct Lifecycle Management & Operational ReadinessDrive ongoing product readiness, availability, and performance by coordinating across supply chain, regulatory, quality, professional services, and regional stakeholdersLead commercialization readiness for wearable products, features, and portfolio updates across global marketsLead global forecasting, demand planning, and supply alignment activities for wearables in partnership with regions and cross-functional stakeholdersPartner with regional teams to identify adoption barriers, expansion opportunities, and product enhancement needsProduct Adoption & Global ExecutionDefine product positioning, value propositions, and core messaging aligned to customer needs and competitive differentiationDevelop product-specific sales tools, training, and marketing materials to support effective adoption and scalePartner with market development and integrated marketing teams to ensure product strategies are effectively translated into commercial programs and campaignsSupport regional field teams on key customer opportunities, product questions, and positioning challengesMonitor competitive activity, market dynamics, and emerging customer needs to inform product strategy and business decisionsDrive alignment across regions to ensure consistent positioning, deployment approaches, and customer experiences globallyMust Have: Minimum RequirementsBachelor's degree with at least 4+ years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with at least 2+ years of relevant experienceWork location is onsite in Lafayette, Colorado.Nice to HaveDemonstrated experience in product management within medical devices, digital health, or healthcare technology, with responsibility for product strategy, lifecycle management, roadmap planning, and cross-functional product leadership.Experience in downstream/global marketing, including portfolio positioning, launch execution, or commercial program developmentExperience in wearables, remote monitoring, or digital healthPrior experience owning product lifecycle, forecasting, pricing, or product availabilityDemonstrated ability to translate complex clinical or technical insights into compelling value messagingExperience leading global programs or working with regional marketing partnersMBA or advanced degree in business, life sciences, or healthcare managementProven ability to work cross-functionally and influence in a matrixed, global environmentFor Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree that satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required.Physical Job RequirementsThe above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees assigned to this position, but they are not an exhaustive list of all the required responsibilities and skills of this position. PR) locations (USD):$103,200.00 - $154,800.00This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP).The base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification/education, market conditions, and location.
