Account Executive

We are trailblazing a new category in the recruitment software space: sales performance and throughput. Our mission is to elevate expert human-in-the-loop recruiting, by unleashing the power of AI for everyone, regardless of software fluency.
We have several pilots underway, and a good flow of inbound leads from marketing.
The job:
- Own deals end to end. Discovery, demo, pilot, closing.
- Build champions from the bottom up at 50+ person agencies through cold outbound, conferencing, and creative networking.
- Run a formulaic discovery process, tying dollars to specific pains, creating strong business cases using first principles thinking.
- Run structured pilots with clear metrics identified through discovery.
- Close deals - average deal size ranges from $50 - 750k
What we are looking for:
- Mongo, snowflake, or early stage AE sales experience.
- Hunter profile, still in the weeds on deals vs overseeing.
- You use AI tools often enough to have opinions about them.
- Recruiting or staffing experience is a plus, not a requirement.
