Cursor is seeking a Regional Director, Commercial Sales to lead a new Commercial segment focused on fast-growing digital-native businesses. You will build and coach a founding team of commercial AEs, define a repeatable sales motion, and establish forecasting practices to drive rapid growth.
You will partner with RevOps and GTM leadership to refine tooling, processes, and reporting while collaborating with Marketing, Finance, and Post-Sales to ensure smooth lead flow and effective handoffs.
