Description Roy’s Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electrical is looking for a creative, outgoing, and organized Social Media & Community Coordinator to join our marketing team.
This is a hands-on role for someone who loves creating content, connecting with people, and bringing new ideas to life. The Social Media & Community Coordinator will be responsible for managing Roy’s day-to-day social media presence while also supporting our community involvement programs, sponsorships, events, and other marketing initiatives.
This is not a position where every day will be spent behind a desk. You may be visiting a job site to capture content with one of our technicians, filming and editing a Reel, creating social media posts, attending a community event, or helping coordinate one of our Roy’s Cares initiatives.
What We\'re Looking For We’re looking for someone who is creative, energetic, and comfortable taking initiative. The right person for this position will enjoy being around people, finding great stories and content opportunities, and turning everyday moments into engaging social media content.
You should be equally comfortable planning content at your desk, filming with a technician at a job site, helping prepare for a community event, and representing Roy’s professionally in the community.
Most importantly, we’re looking for someone who is excited to take ownership of Roy’s social media presence and help us continue building meaningful connections with our customers, employees, and the Western New York community.
