Junior Marketing Coordinator

Assist in the planning and execution of marketing initiatives for women's contemporary fashion brands.
Coordinate e-commerce and lifestyle photoshoots by assisting with scheduling, product preparation, sample management, styling logistics, and post-production organization.
Utilize AI-powered tools to support content creation, image editing, and marketing workflows under the guidance of the marketing team.
Collaborate with the design, sales, and creative teams to develop engaging content for the Habitual website, email campaigns, and social media channels.
Coordinate with photographers, models, stylists, and vendors to ensure photoshoots run smoothly, including scheduling and collecting necessary documentation.
Help maintain brand consistency across digital marketing materials, presentations, and promotional assets.
Assist with seasonal campaigns, product launches, trade shows, and other marketing initiatives.
Organize and maintain digital marketing assets, ensuring files are properly named, stored, and easily accessible.
Coordinate the production and distribution of marketing materials, including lookbooks, invitations, packaging, trade show materials, and promotional collateral.
Track project timelines and communicate with internal teams and vendors to help ensure deadlines are met.
Support influencer, stylist, and creator partnerships by coordinating outreach, product shipments, and campaign logistics.
Assist in managing the ShopMy platform by updating storefronts, coordinating affiliate campaigns, and monitoring creator activity.
Partner with the sales team to coordinate sample requests and product shipments for influencer, editorial, and stylist collaborations.
Monitor campaign performance by collecting data on engagement, website traffic, and sales, and assist in preparing marketing reports.
Support budget tracking by organizing invoices, purchase orders, and vendor expenses.
Stay informed on fashion, digital marketing, influencer, and social media trends to provide fresh ideas and recommendations.
