Audio Visual Technician

We are seeking a hands-on Audio Visual & IT Support Technician to provide onsite technical support in a fast-paced healthcare environment. This role is responsible for maintaining conference room technology, supporting audio/video systems, assisting end users with hardware and software issues, and ensuring meeting spaces are fully operational.

Responsibilities:

Support conference room and collaboration technologies including Teams, Zoom, and Webex.

Install, troubleshoot, and maintain displays, projectors, microphones, cameras, and related AV equipment.

Perform pre-meeting testing and provide technical support during important meetings and events.

Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, docking stations, and other end-user devices.

Document incidents and service requests through the ticketing system.

Assist with equipment deployments, relocations, and technology upgrades.

Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with staff at all levels.

Qualifications:

Experience supporting AV technologies and end-user computing environments.

Working knowledge of conferencing platforms and meeting room equipment.

Strong troubleshooting skills involving hardware, software, peripherals, and connectivity.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Experience with ticketing systems; ServiceNow experience is a plus.

Healthcare, enterprise, or corporate technology support experience preferred.
