We’re looking for an experienced marketing professional who loves turning ideas and strategy into organized, measurable action
This is a hands‑on role for someone who can take an established marketing strategy and run with it — managing vendors, improving PPC and SEO performance, coordinating campaigns, digging into data, using AI and automation, and making sure projects actually get finished.
You won’t be sitting on the sidelines waiting for direction. We want someone who can
jump in, move quickly, ask smart questions, solve problems, and keep a lot of moving pieces organized .
If you have 6+ years of marketing experience and enjoy connecting marketing activity to real customers and revenue, this could be a great fit.
What You’ll Own:
Execute quarterly marketing plans from strategy through completion.
Manage and hold accountable
PPC, SEO, website, call‑tracking, media, direct‑mail, and technology vendors .
Monitor and improve
Google Ads, SEO, local search, Google Business Profiles, landing pages, and website performance .
Coordinate social media and digital marketing campaigns.
Build clear dashboards and monthly reporting for company leadership.
Monitor marketing budgets, vendor costs, and campaign performance.
Execute referral, retention, win‑back, lost‑lead, email, text, and cross‑sell programs.
Coordinate marketing campaigns for targeted territories and growth areas.
Work closely with Sales, Customer Service, Operations, and leadership.
Use
AI, automation, and emerging technology
to improve marketing execution and efficiency.
Identify what is working, what needs improvement, and where marketing dollars should — or shouldn’t — be spent.
The role is specifically designed to keep vendors, projects, reporting, attribution, and growth initiatives moving while helping leadership make stronger marketing decisions.
What We’re Looking For:
6+ years of relevant marketing experience
Strong working knowledge of PPC, SEO, local search, and lead‑generation marketing
Experience managing outside agencies and vendors
Strong understanding
of Google Ads and digital campaign performance
Comfortable using
AI and automation tools
in everyday work
Strong
analytical skills
and comfort with spreadsheets, dashboards, and reporting
Exceptional attention to detail and follow‑through
Able to manage multiple projects without losing track of deadlines
Quick, resourceful, and comfortable learning new systems
Proactive — you see what needs to happen and move it forward
Professional, mature, dependable, and an excellent communicator
Energetic and personable, with genuine respect for company culture
Experience with
home services, local-service businesses, or multi‑location marketing
is a plus.
The position also requires comfort working with data, technology, dashboards, multiple competing priorities, and outside vendors.

improvements are completed and measured.
Approved territory‑growth campaigns are executed and tracked.
Leadership has reliable information to decide where to invest, improve, or stop spending .
