Product Manager

Job TitleOwns assigned supplier relationships and product lines, driving revenue, margin performance, and product strategy. Serves as the primary liaison between suppliers and internal teams, supporting quoting strategy, negotiations, and cross functional alignment to meet business objectives.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesOwn supplier relationships and lead negotiations on pricing and contractsDevelop and execute product line strategy to achieve revenue and margin goalsLead strategic quoting activities and support complex opportunitiesProvide market intelligence and supplier insights to sales and leadershipDeliver market intelligence, competitive insights, and supplier updates to stakeholdersCollaborate with sales, procurement, operations, and marketing to align business needsRecommend and support inventory and stocking strategiesDrive quotes follow up processes to improve win rates and profitabilityAct as product subject matter expert, including cross references and alternative solutionsSupport product training and sales enablement initiatives across the organizationContribute to product promotions, new product introductions, and growth initiativesParticipate in supplier reviews and cross-functional business discussionsIdentify opportunities to grow revenue through supplier and market insightsEducation/ExperienceBachelor's degree or equivalent experience4 to 6 years of relevant experienceIndustry experience preferredSkills and RequirementsMust be a U.S. Person defined as: U.S. Citizen, Any individual granted U.S. permanent residence, granted status as a "protected person" under 8 U.S.C. 132b (a) (3); corporation/business/organization/group incorporated in the U.S under U.S law; or part of the U.S. government.Proficient in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, andStrong business and financial acumen with understanding of pricing, margin, purchasing, and inventory conceptsProven negotiation and supplier relationship management skillsAbility to analyze data, interpret trends, and support forecastingAdvanced communication and presentation skills with ability to engage diverse audiencesStrong planning and execution skills with ability to manage multiple prioritiesAbility to collaborate across teams and influence outcomesProficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPointStrong problem-solving skills and ability to develop practical solutionsCustomer focused mindset with ability to support internal and external stakeholdersPhysical RequirementsWhile performing the duties of this job the employee is often required to stand, sit, use computers, read, write, type, use copy machines, file paperwork, use telephones, and utilize written and oral communication to interact with clients, co-workers, and customers.
