Global Collaboration Experience Lead

Human Rights Watch seeks a Collaboration Experience Manager to lead the team responsible for our internal collaboration and knowledge sharing platforms. The role partners with IT and other internal teams to drive adoption and ensure policy-aligned usage.
The position requires 3–5 years in a similar role, strong English skills, and experience with MS 365 tools across geographic teams. Hybrid office presence expected in major HRW locations.
