Regional Buy-Sell Sales Leader

Trane Technologies in the Mid-Atlantic region is seeking a Buy-Sell Team Leader to guide and develop the regional sales force. This on-site role drives regional revenue growth, strengthens distributor partnerships, and coordinates cross-functional teams to meet business objectives.
You will coach the team, manage forecasts and territory planning, and travel within the region to support customers and partners. A Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in channel or regional sales leadership are preferred.
