Senior Community Living Manager - ABA-Driven Care Leader

Behavioral Health Allies in the Community Living division seeks a Program Manager to lead frontline operations in assigned residential homes. This role is responsible for the quality of care, staff performance, compliance, safety, and the culture within the homes they oversee.
The PM leads DSPs and Shift Supervisors, trains staff, and partners with the clinical team to ensure ABA-based supports and evidence-based interventions are delivered with fidelity in a 24/7 environment.
