Workstream is hiring a Sales Manager to lead a team of Account Executives in our Franchise Sales organization. You will improve an existing playbook, own the weekly pipeline motion, coach reps, and scale the sales motion.
This is a hands-on role, in the office five days a week, collaborating with Marketing, Sales Ops, and Leadership to drive six-figure opportunities. You will guide onboarding, ramp new hires, and ensure accurate forecasting.
