Total Rewards & Payroll Strategist (Hybrid)

Socket.dev is seeking a Total Rewards Manager to oversee benefits, retirement programs, compensation, payroll governance, and leave administration. The role partners with brokers, consultants, and internal teams to ensure compliant total rewards strategies that attract and retain employees.
This hybrid role requires Iowa City on-site presence at least 3 days/week and reports to the Director of Talent Management Operations.
