Join Chick-fil-A as a Marketing/Social Media Team Member and be part of a team that supports teamwork and leadership growth. Working alongside your Owner/Operator , you’ll help plan promotions, support restaurant communications, and engage guests through social media and in-store experiences.

This role is focused on marketing—without leaving the fun behind.

Skills You’ll Build:

Event planning & execution

Marketing communication

Data evaluation and learning to measure what works

What You’ll Do:

Attend quarterly planning meetings and monthly marketing calls

Assist in creating signs and materials for upcoming promotions

Help create donation/giveaway baskets for community initiatives

Plan, prepare, and execute marketing events and promotions

Share important store updates with guests through social media and Spotlight (including changes in store hours)

Send monthly Spotlight emails and distribute rewards through Spotlight

Update in-restaurant POP (signage) changes as needed

Support decorating the restaurant for holidays and events

Be available to serve as The Cow handler at events both onsite and offsite

Stay informed and help execute market-level activations and giveaways

Assist with decorating and running in-store events

Communicate marketing plans, promotions, and event details with the team using team communication channels

Canva knowledge is preferred , but training/support will be provided as needed

What We’re Looking For:

Consistency, reliability, and a cheerful, welcoming attitude

A genuine love of helping others and providing great guest experiences

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Detail-oriented with strong organization and follow-through

Ability to multi-task and think through event details so plans are ready for anything

Comfort working independently and as part of a team

Willingness to work a flexible schedule

Ability to lift and carry 15–20 lbs regularly and stand for long periods of time

Scheduling includes approximately 10–15 hours focused on marketing and 10-15 hours working in the restaurant

A strong interest in serving your community and building connections with your team
