Total Rewards Manager

We're seeking an experienced

Total Rewards Manager

to lead compensation, benefits, wellness, recognition, and retirement programs. This strategic role will partner with leadership to develop competitive rewards programs that attract, retain, and engage top talent.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead compensation strategy, salary benchmarking, and annual compensation planning

Oversee employee benefits, wellness, retirement, and recognition programs

Analyze workforce and compensation data to drive business decisions

Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations

Partner with HR, Finance, Payroll, and leadership on Total Rewards initiatives

Drive process improvements and HR systems optimization

Qualifications:

7+ years of HR experience with strong Compensation & Benefits background

Expertise in Total Rewards, HR analytics, and compliance

Strong business acumen, analytical, and project management skills

Bachelor's degree required

Ideal: CCP, CEBS, SHRM-SCP, or SPHR certification; experience in manufacturing, healthcare, life sciences, or other regulated industries.
