Location: Preferred Atlanta, GA with option for Remote/Hybrid (with domestic and international travel as required)

Position Summary:
Imagine is seeking an experienced Sales & Marketing Manager to lead the day-to-day sales and marketing execution for assigned exhibitions, touring experiences and immersive attractions.

The Manager serves as a key market-level owner, translating overall business objectives into effective local sales, marketing, promotional and partnership initiatives. This role monitors ticket sales and attendance performance, coordinates agencies and partners, and works cross-functionally to ensure campaigns are delivering against goals.

The ideal candidate has experience in live entertainment, attractions, exhibitions, tourism, sports or experiential marketing and is comfortable balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

Key Responsibilities:
Market Leadership & Campaign Execution

Manage sales and marketing execution for assigned exhibitions and experiences.

Develop market-specific campaign plans in partnership with senior leadership and centralized marketing teams.

Manage campaigns from announcement through closing, ensuring marketing, sales, promotional and partnership initiatives are delivered on time and on strategy.

Monitor market conditions, audience behavior and competitive activity and recommend adjustments as needed.

Ensure campaigns comply with franchise, licensing, brand and approval requirements.

Ticket Sales & Revenue Performance

Own day-to-day monitoring of ticket sales pacing, attendance and revenue performance for assigned projects.

Establish and monitor weekly and monthly sales targets.

Analyze sales trends and identify opportunities to improve conversion, attendance and profitability.

Recommend promotional offers, pricing strategies, partnerships and group sales initiatives.

Work with ticketing providers and venue partners to maximize sales opportunities.

Prepare regular sales forecasts and performance updates for leadership.

Partnerships, Promotions & Community Engagement

Develop relationships with local venues, tourism organizations, cultural institutions, retailers, attractions, sports organizations, media partners and community stakeholders.

Identify and activate promotional partnerships that increase awareness and drive ticket sales.

Develop grassroots marketing opportunities and local activations.

Maximize venue and partner marketing assets, databases, communication channels and promotional opportunities.

Manage day-to-day relationships with external PR, media, creative, digital and promotional agencies.

Establish clear deliverables, timelines, KPIs and reporting expectations in partnership with senior leadership.

Review agency recommendations and campaign performance and recommend optimizations.

Coordinate localization, translation, trafficking and deployment of campaign assets.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Serve as a key liaison between market execution teams and Imagine’s centralized marketing functions.

Collaborate with Communications, Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, Operations, Ticketing, Finance and Creative teams.

Provide market intelligence, audience insights and competitive observations.

Support launches, media events, partner activations and promotional initiatives.

Process, Reporting & Accountability

Maintain project timelines, marketing calendars, sales pacing reports and performance dashboards.

Deliver regular performance updates outlining attendance trends, campaign effectiveness, partnership activity and recommended actions.

Track budgets, forecasts and project close-outs.

Document learnings and best practices to improve future market launches.

Qualifications:

Typically 3–7 years of progressive experience in marketing, sales, partnerships, promotions or promoter roles.

Experience in live entertainment, touring exhibitions, attractions, tourism, sports, cultural institutions or experiential marketing preferred.

Demonstrated success supporting or driving ticket sales, attendance growth and revenue performance.

Experience independently managing projects, campaigns or significant portions of a market.

Strong understanding of digital marketing, paid media, public relations, partnerships and promotions.

Experience working with agencies and external vendors.

Strong analytical, organizational, project management and budget management skills.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Physical & Travel Requirements:

Manual dexterity and proficiency sufficient to operate a computer/standard office equipment.

Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.

Ability to occasionally lift up to 25 pounds to move equipment on and off shelves.

Ability to sit, stand and walk for extended periods.

Ability to perform tasks requiring manual dexterity using both hands.

Ability to travel domestically and/or internationally based on business needs.
