Digital Copywriter

We’re looking for a Digital Content Writer to create clear, customer-friendly content for digital experiences and GenAI applications. You'll work with cross-functional teams to develop engaging content, improve the customer experience, and ensure consistency across digital channels.
Responsibilities
Write, edit, and publish customer-facing content for web, mobile, and GenAI applications.
Create clear messaging for instructions, FAQs, product content, error messages, and support content.
Translate technical information into simple, easy-to-understand language.
Maintain and update content using Microsoft Dynamics Knowledge Management and CMS platforms.
Partner with business and technical teams to improve content quality and customer experience.
Apply content strategy, SEO, accessibility, and editorial best practices.
Required Skills
Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, English, or related field (or equivalent experience).
3+ years of digital content writing and editing experience.
Experience creating customer-facing content for GenAI applications.
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Knowledge Management.
Strong content strategy, editing, and copywriting skills.
Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for customers.
Experience with HTML, CSS, JSON, or content management systems is a plus.
