- Lead digital M&A, integration, and carve-out initiatives across the transaction lifecycle
- Provide strategic advisory, program leadership, and IT due diligence support
- Engage clients to address M&A integration and carve-out program challenges
- Lead IT diligence activities, including data room reviews, diligence calls, request lists, and integration/separation strategies
- Develop diligence reports, transition services recommendations, and deal-related deliverables
- Provide industry expertise, particularly in manufacturing and distribution environments
- Lead end-to-end digital initiatives, managing scope, timelines, resources, and budgets
- Establish project governance, integrated plans, schedules, resource strategies, and risk management frameworks
- Apply Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project delivery methodologies
- Monitor project health and manage risks, issues, dependencies, and escalations
- Manage and develop project managers through coaching, performance management, and professional development
- Lead cross-functional teams and governance forums
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, leadership teams, vendors, advisors, and stakeholders
- Facilitate governance meetings and deliver project communications, status reports, and executive updates
- Manage engagement budgets, forecasts, margins, financial tracking, resource utilization, and project economics
- Support change readiness, adoption, and business objectives
- Improve delivery methodologies, tools, standards, collaboration practices, consistency, quality, scalability, and operational excellence
Requirements
- 8 years of relevant experience required
- Bachelor's degree required; combination of relevant experience, education, and training may be accepted in lieu of degree
- No certifications or licenses required
- Project Management Institute, Agile, and/or Scrum certifications preferred
- Significant travel required (>50%)
