Role
Associate Director, Commercial Operations, serving as the strategic liaison between the Rare Disease Business Unit (RDBU) and field teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of business priorities.
Responsibilities
facilitate collaboration between home office and field sales and thought leader liaisons (TLLs), lead planning of field meetings, and represent field insights to leadership; drive cross-functional implementation of commercial initiatives, optimize tools and processes (CRM, Veeva, targeting); monitor field effectiveness, identify operational gaps, and develop solutions to enhance impact.
Requirements
minimum 6 years in pharma/biotech sales and marketing with strong analytical skills, project management, and regulatory compliance experience; excellent presentation and data interpretation abilities.
Preferred
2+ years in management consulting within Life Sciences, field sales or operations experience, especially in specialty or rare disease areas, and prior launch experience.
Qualifications
BA/BS required, MBA preferred.
