Sr Manager of Digital Marketing (Women's RTW) Sr Manager of Digital Marketing (Women's RTW) Join a leading fashion company renowned for its innovative designs and high-quality womenswear. This role focuses on driving the digital marketing strategy to enhance brand presence and achieve commercial growth. The Senior Manager of Digital Marketing will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing comprehensive digital campaigns. You will collaborate closely with creative and marketing teams to ensure cohesive and impactful brand messaging. In-house experience required.
Responsibilities
Partner directly with or report to the VP of E-commerce to align digital marketing strategies with business objectives.
Manage and optimize paid search, paid social, SEO, Google Ads, and other digital marketing programs to drive brand awareness and commercial results.
Transition digital marketing activities from external agencies to in-house teams, ensuring seamless execution and efficiency.
Oversee the strategy, execution, and analysis of the digital advertising budget, ensuring effective allocation and ROI.
Collaborate with in-house creative and marketing teams to develop aligned and cohesive campaign strategies.
Requirements
Approximately 10 years of experience in digital marketing with a proven track record of delivering ROI on significant ad spend.
Experience managing multi-million-dollar digital ad budgets for small and/or independent fashion brand.
Strong strategic skills with the ability to develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing plans.
Experience managing a range of digital advertising budgets
In-depth knowledge of paid search, paid social, SEO, Google Ads, and other digital marketing channels.
Excellent leadership and team collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with creative and marketing teams.
Demonstrated ability to transition and in-source marketing activities from external agencies effectively.
