tml Partners is seeking a Fractional Marketing Director to lead brand, content, and lifecycle marketing, positioning the firm as the go-to advisor for business owners. You will own the narrative, build case studies, and shape an engagement strategy for long-cycle opportunities, working with senior leadership and agency partners to drive growth over a 12-month horizon. This role is a day-rate assignment, approximately two days per week, with an initial engagement window up to 12 months.
