We are seeking an experienced Campaign Strategy Manager to support political campaigns through strategic planning, voter outreach, and campaign technology.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop campaign strategy and outreach plans
Advise on GOTV, messaging, and digital strategy
Manage P2P texting, SMS, phone, and digital outreach programs
Use voter data and campaign technology to improve targeting
Apply AI tools to campaign research, content, outreach, and workflow efficiency
Requirements:
Real political campaign management or consulting experience required
Strong understanding of campaign strategy, GOTV, and voter outreach
Experience with P2P messaging and campaign technology
Comfortable using AI tools and emerging political technology
Strong strategic thinking and communication skills
