Patient Communications Specialist

Huntsville Memorial Hospital is seeking a Communications Operator to manage the hospital's telephone communications console, route calls, page staff, and assist visitors. You will be part of an interdisciplinary team ensuring timely and accurate message delivery.
The role requires a high school diploma or GED and emphasizes excellent communication skills, discretion with PHI, and adherence to hospital procedures. Prior switchboard experience is preferred but not required.
