Position Overview
We are seeking a high-performing Vice President of Business Development to drive strategic growth and new logo acquisition within our global BPO/CX organization. This executive hunter will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing complex outsourcing partnerships across enterprise accounts requiring customer care, digital CX, back-office processing, technical support, revenue cycle, and transformational outsourcing solutions.
This is a pure growth role focused on enterprise sales, consultative solution selling, and long-cycle deal pursuit with senior decision-makers (C-suite, procurement, operations, digital transformation leaders).
We are hiring for two vertical specializations:
Vertical 1: (BFSI)
- Banking
- Financial Services
- Insurance
Must bring deep domain expertise and relationships across:

The successful incumbent will have 5+ years working within the BPO industry in sales, new logo, hunter roles at companies such as Cognizant, Teletech, TaskUs, Conduent, Transcom, Foundever, iQor, HGS, Results CX, Alorica, Startek Concentrix and Atento.
