Media Strategy Coordinator PMOUNTJP00001756 * Hourly pay: $30/hr * Worksite: Leading digital streaming network (New York, NY 10036 (preferred) or Burbank, CA 91502 - Onsite) * W2 Employment, Group Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Retirement Savings Program, PSL * 40 hours/week, 9 Month Assignment A leading digital streaming network seeks a Media Strategy Coordinator to support its Streaming Media team's paid media efforts, focusing on creative asset trafficking and campaign support across on-device and CTV/OTT platform partners. Media Strategy Coordinator Responsibilities: * Support the Senior Manager and team in strategizing and executing paid media campaigns to drive subscriber acquisition and growth. * Own the day-to-day creative asset request and trafficking process across multiple media partners, including intake, spec-matching, and delivery confirmation, while maintaining and updating the internal spec database. * Support execution of paid media campaigns across service-sell, originals, movies, and sports initiatives, and assist in building and maintaining on-device media plans across partners. * Pull and organize partner reporting and support the monthly budget reconciliation process for on-device media campaigns. * Track asset requests and campaign trafficking status across a growing partner and regional footprint, escalating delays or gaps to the Senior Manager. Media Strategy Coordinator Qualifications: * 1-2 years of experience in media, ad operations, or a related coordination role. * Bachelor's degree required. * Experience with project management or trafficking tools like JIRA, Airtable, or a DAM system is preferred. * Experience in digital subscription services and/or e-commerce is preferred. * Exposure to international or multi-region marketing operations is preferred. * Prior experience or familiarity with OTT platform planning is preferred. Shift: * 9:00 AM to 6:00 pm (depends on location).
