Marketing and Membership Growth Manager

Paylocity · Multiple locations ·

Job type:
Full Time

Description

Growth only matters when it turns into care people can actually access.
True Health is built on the belief that healthcare should feel high touch, clear, and worth trusting. That only happens when what we say in the community matches what patients experience in the clinic.

This role exists because demand and capacity have to stay in sync. When they do, teams are ready, physicians can deliver the experience they promise, and prospective members get a confident path from first question to enrollment.

You take ownership of the gap between current membership and true site capacity, then build the systems that close it.

Why This Role Matters
True Health grows responsibly or it does not grow at all. When capacity is misunderstood, teams get stretched, the member experience suffers, and the clinic cannot deliver on what makes it different.

In this role, you make growth measurable and usable. You keep an accurate view of capacity by location, diagnose what is holding enrollment back, and turn clinical differentiation into enrollment messaging that is clear and appropriate for healthcare communications.

You are the bridge between interest in True Health and a full, well supported panel, and your work directly shapes whether growth feels smooth for members, physicians, and site teams.

What You'll Be Doing
You focus on turning real site capacity into a clear plan, then building demand and conversion systems that reliably fill it.

You own capacity numbers and forecasting

Maintain a monthly view of members versus capacity by location using the Membership Tracker and CRM pipeline data

Reconcile pipeline and enrollment data to produce a forecast leadership can use

Report utilization by site and surface gaps to target capacity with clear recommendations

Monitor operational signals that change capacity assumptions, including provider panel availability and onboarding throughput constraints

You diagnose what is driving underutilization

Analyze underutilization drivers by location, including referral flow, channel mix, local presence, and conversion friction

Segment performance by site, channel, and referral source to find the highest impact opportunities

Document root causes and define measurable interventions, with emphasis on improving Site performance

Track results over time and adjust plans based on conversion and enrollment outcomes

You build local demand generation tied to enrollments

Build and execute local demand generation systems across both locations, measured by enrollments not just leads

Develop community and employer partnership outreach plans aligned to affluent suburban corridors in the Chicago area

Launch targeted digital campaigns and ensure lead attribution supports channel decisions and budget allocation

Translate clinical offerings into enrollment messaging that creates urgency while staying compliant for healthcare communications

You strengthen referrals and community presence

Implement internal referral capture mechanisms with physicians and site teams to increase referrals and conversion

Develop external referral pipelines with community providers, allied health partners, and local organizations

Set referral logging and attribution standards in the CRM to measure referral-to-enrollment performance

Coordinate local events and community touchpoints with site teams to build trust and awareness by market

You improve funnel conversion from inquiry to enrollment

Define and maintain clear funnel stage definitions from inquiry to consult to enrollment for consistent reporting

Identify drop-offs and implement fixes through intake scripts, follow-up sequences, and handoff standards

Partner with intake to improve speed-to-lead and follow-up consistency to increase consult scheduling

Monitor time-to-enrollment and recommend changes that reduce friction while keeping a high-touch experience

You keep reporting, budget tracking, and compliance tight

Produce monthly capacity and pipeline reporting tied to the Membership Tracker for leadership and board review

Track channel spend, CPL, and CPA to support ROI-based decisions and budget reallocation

Maintain organized documentation of campaigns, partnerships, and results so execution is repeatable by location

Apply compliance-aware judgment in outreach and marketing communications, including privacy considerations and appropriate claims
