Global CRM & Lifecycle Manager, Growth Marketing

Coinbase, Inc. is hiring a CRM & Lifecycle Manager II to lead how we engage and retain millions of users across email, push, in‑app, and SMS at global scale.
You will define lifecycle strategies for onboarding, engagement, and retention and coordinate with Product, Data Science, and regional teams to align CRM initiatives with product launches and international expansion. You will own the CRM measurement framework, define KPIs, and translate campaign results into strategic recommendations.
