Inworld is seeking a Head of Customer Success & Account Management to build and lead our post-sales function as we scale. You will own the customer lifecycle after close, from onboarding and adoption through renewals, expansion and executive relationships.
Based in the SF Bay Area or willing to relocate, on-site a few days weekly at Mountain View, with remote candidates considered. You will be a player-coach, driving retention, expansion, and high-touch engagement for complex enterprise
