Shaker & Peel is hiring a part-time Marketing & Graphic Design Specialist to support a multi-concept restaurant group. This hybrid role in Trinity, FL gives you a chance to help keep marketing assets fresh across multiple brands while using tools you already know, including Adobe Creative Suite and Canva . You’ll collaborate with the marketing team on an ongoing stream of creative and digital updates.

What You’ll Do

Create graphics and marketing materials in Adobe Creative Suite and Canva

Design flyers, menus, posters, table tents , digital ads , social media graphics , email graphics , and other promotional materials

Assist with Google Ads campaigns , including setting up, updating, and monitoring

Resize and adapt creative for websites, social media, email, and digital advertising

Support restaurant promotions, events, and seasonal campaigns

Update existing design files and marketing materials as needs change

Help keep marketing projects organized and moving on schedule with the marketing team

Maintain consistent branding across multiple restaurant concepts

Assist with other marketing projects as needed

What You Bring

Experience with Adobe Creative Suite , especially Photoshop and/or Illustrator

Strong Canva experience

Working knowledge of Google Ads

Strong graphic design skills and a good eye for clean, professional creative

Ability to manage multiple projects and brands at the same time

Detail-oriented and able to work independently

Comfortable working in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality environment

Reliable, organized, and able to meet deadlines

Schedule, Location, and Pay
Hours: Approximately 5–20 hours per week , with flexibility in scheduling (expected 10.0–30.0 hours per week ).

Location: Hybrid remote in Trinity, FL 34655 .

Pay: $20.00–$25.00 per hour .
