This is an early-stage role with meaningful ownership across social strategy and execution. You’ll help translate the brand into a living social world across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and emerging channels, building a pre-launch audience, developing content, managing the calendar and community, and using performance insights to evolve the strategy.

We’re looking for someone with a strong aesthetic eye, native social fluency, and a genuine interest in mental health, wellness, women’s health, and culture.

What you’ll own
  • Own and evolve the social content calendar from pre-launch through launch
  • Translate brand strategy and content pillars into platform-specific concepts, recurring franchises, and timely content
  • Develop and execute Reels, TikToks, carousels, Stories, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn content, and other relevant formats
  • Write captions, hooks, on-screen copy, and social-first messaging in a distinct brand voice
  • Help shape the visual and cultural world of the brand across social
  • Brief and coordinate designers, editors, creators, and external partners
  • Support shoots and capture platform-native, behind-the-scenes, and quick-turn content
  • Manage publishing, scheduling, tagging, and day-to-day channel management
  • Lead community engagement and surface recurring questions, language, sentiment, and consumer insights
  • Track platform and content performance, understand key social metrics, and deliver monthly reporting with clear insights, learnings, and recommendations
  • Identify what is working in real time and adjust the calendar and creative strategy accordingly
  • Stay close to relevant trends, creators, competitors, platform shifts, and cultural conversations
  • Support creator seeding, partnerships, events, and launch moments where social plays a key role

What we’re looking for
  • 3–5+ years of social media and content experience for a consumer brand or agency; experience in beauty, wellness, supplements, fashion, lifestyle, or premium DTC strongly preferred
  • Deep understanding of Instagram and TikTok, with familiarity across YouTube, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and emerging platforms
  • Strong visual judgment and a highly developed aesthetic point of view
  • Excellent writing skills and the ability to adapt one brand voice across platforms and formats
  • Strong understanding of social analytics, KPIs, reporting, and how to translate performance data into actionable content decisions
  • Able to identify culturally relevant opportunities without chasing every trend
  • Highly organized and comfortable managing calendars, assets, deadlines, and multiple workstreams
  • Comfortable operating in an early-stage environment where priorities can move quickly
  • A genuine personal interest in mental health, cognitive wellness, women’s health, and the broader wellness conversation
  • Basic photo/video editing skills in CapCut, Canva, Adobe, or similar tools are a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred

Hours & workdays
  • Full-time, primarily remote, with occasional in-person meetings in Miami or Boca Raton and onsite support for shoots, events, and other brand moments.
  • Some flexibility outside standard business hours, including occasional weekends or holidays, is expected when needed to monitor social channels, manage community communications, or respond to time-sensitive moments.

You’ll be especially strong if

You’ve helped build a brand before launch and know how to create interest, community, and a distinct social world from the ground up. You’re equally comfortable shaping the brand culturally, executing day to day, and using performance data to guide what comes next.
