Senior Account Executive | Relevate Health
WHO WE ARE
At Relevate Health, we believe every HCP communication should be genuinely relevant, and we've built a company of exceptional people around that purpose. We're healthcare marketing experts who work at the intersection of science, strategy, and creativity, delivering life-changing engagement across some of the most innovative channels in the industry: from email and websites to EHR integrations and HCP video games.

THE OPPORTUNITY
As a Senior Account Executive on our Client Service team, you'll be the day-to-day heartbeat of some of our most exciting accounts, including two of the largest manufacturers in our portfolio, spanning therapeutic areas like oncology, neurology, cardiovascular, women's health, hematology, rare disease, and dermatology.

You'll own the daily flow of client work: leading status calls, managing projects from kickoff through delivery, and serving as the connective tissue between your clients and a talented cross‑functional team of strategists, project managers, creatives, and developers. You'll get exposure to a wide range of cutting‑edge deliverables: promotional and educational materials designed for HCPs, including digital ads, emails, websites, videos, and video games. No two days look the same, and the opportunity to grow your responsibility as you ramp is very real.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Serve as the principal day-to-day contact for assigned client accounts, managing all communications with professionalism and clarity

Lead internal and client status meetings; develop and distribute agendas and meeting summaries with minimal oversight

Manage client projects from initiation through completion, ensuring timely, high-quality delivery at every stage

Own and prepare for medical, regulatory, and legal (MLR) review processes and manage submissions through client platforms

Cross-check team content updates against client direction and ensure alignment before delivery

Proactively identify upcoming work and partner with project management to secure the right resources

Track project budgets, prepare finance reports, and share timely updates with your team

Build strong, collaborative relationships with internal team members and excellent rapport with clients

Follow through on action items across client and internal teams to keep projects on track and on time

Learn and apply Relevate Health's product offerings, processes, and systems in your day-to-day work

Work toward billable and utilization goals in partnership with your manager
