Designer – Women’s Ready-to-Wear (All Categories)
We are looking for a highly skilled Associate Designer to join our Women’s RTW team and work directly with our design team.
This role is ideal for a designer who is detail-driven with a great eye for trend, ability to execute product in a fast paced environment across all categories.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Design and develop Women’s RTW across categories including wovens, knits, tops, bottoms, sweaters, dresses and outerwear
- Support design team in building a cohesive seasonal assortment in RTW
- Create clean, polished Adobe Illustrator CADs, artwork, tech packs and design packages
- Build and maintain presentation decks (line sheets, inspiration, color stories, styling direction, and assortment visuals)
- Partner closely with Product Development, Sourcing, and Merchandising to hit price points and timelines
- Execute quick changes and edits based on merchant feedback and costing
- Track samples, organize design files, and maintain seasonal design workflow
The Ideal Candidate Has:
- 3–5+ years of Women’s RTW design experience (Associate Designer level)
- Strong understanding of each retailer and thier customers aesthetic: feminine, flattering, elevated, high taste level.
- High proficiency and speed in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
- Excellent organization, follow-through, and ability to manage multiple categories at once
- A collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset and strong work ethic
Aesthetic / Design Point of View:
We’re looking for someone who understands how to design modern trend forward product with a high taste level in fabrications and trims with keeping the line elavated.
