Seeking a contract Technical Writer and Content Manager, this fully remote position will manage product documentation, developer resources, and a customer-facing knowledge base while collaborating with product, engineering, and support teams to ensure accuracy and clarity.
Key responsibilities
Collaborate with product managers and engineers to gather technical details for documentation
Write and maintain product documentation, including API references and integration guides
Design and manage the Intellicheck Knowledge Base and Content Architecture
Required qualifications
3+ years of professional technical writing experience in a B2B SaaS or software environment
Portfolio showcasing developer-facing and end-user-facing content
Hands-on experience with APIs, JSON, and RESTful concepts
Experience with Zendesk or similar knowledge base tools
Familiarity with ReadMe.io or comparable developer documentation tools is a plus
