Community Marketing Manager

North Westchester Restorative Therapy and Nursing has an opportunity for a Community Marketer to join their team.

The Community Marketer's role will include working with the community, assisted living facilities, and other providers in the senior care industry. They will need to identify, develop, and maintain referral sources.

Our Community Marketers will also need to attend events in the community increasing community awareness of North Westchester’s mission and values.

Primary Responsibilities:

Build a network and pipeline of prospective referral sources and partnerships for NWRT

Perform prospect visits to physician offices, assisted living facilities, and the community to educate and inform on North Westchester’s services

Attend community networking events to create additional relationships for NWRT

Prepare presentations using NWRT’s marketing materials

Represent North Westchester Restorative Therapy at community functions

Plan and assist with luncheons and activities within the facility

Talk with prospects and families about their needs and discuss options that NWRT offers

Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

Sales and/or Marketing experience

Customer Service experience needed

Healthcare experience is preferred

Intuitive, good listener, strong communicator, solution-oriented, driven

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Detailed-oriented, flexible, self-motivated, and a team player

Professionalism and discretion when working with families

Knowledge of the local community is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 yearly

Schedule: M-F, Weekends as needed
