Vice President of Marketing for our Healthcare Organization
Compensation: $180,000 - $240,000 Annual Salary

Are you an enterprise marketing leader ready to build and lead an integrated marketing organization? A growing multi-state post-acute healthcare group is looking for a Vice President of Marketing to lead its brand, communications, digital and growth marketing. This is a full time leadership role based in Toms River, NJ, with regular travel to facilities, reporting to the Chief Growth and Marketing Officer. You will own enterprise marketing strategy, lead one integrated team across brand, communications, digital, social, PR, reputation and employer branding, and partner with Business Development and Operations to drive occupancy and referral growth.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or Business, Master's preferred
Minimum 5 years of progressive marketing leadership including leading a multi functional team
Healthcare, senior care, post acute or complex multi site experience strongly preferred
Proven success building enterprise marketing strategy and measurable results across brand, digital and communications
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute the enterprise marketing strategy in alignment with growth priorities
Lead brand, communications, digital, social, PR, reputation management and creative services
Partner with Business Development and Operations to support occupancy and referral growth
Own the marketing budget, agencies, marketing technology and a performance scorecard
Build, mentor and develop a high performing marketing team
