I opened my agency in 2016 and currently lead a team of four. My State Farm journey began in college when I worked part-time as a team member before building my career as a personal banker and eventually returning to open my own agency. Outside of work, I'm a parent of two young children and enjoy animals, plants, being outdoors, and relaxing with my family.

ROLE DESCRIPTION
As an Account Manager for Ngoc Phung - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agent office departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.

Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.

Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.

Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.

QUALIFICATIONS

Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.

Leadership and interpersonal skills.

Proven track record of meeting sales targets.

Willingness to engage in sales conversations.

Bilingual Vietnamese preferred.

Compensation $70,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
