Ladders is hiring: Web Growth & SEO Manager in New York

For our client, we are seeking a Web Growth & SEO Manager to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space.
This role will own the website growth strategy with a focus on improving performance, search visibility, and conversion across key pages. You will partner closely with marketing, sales, product, and web development teams to prioritize initiatives that support pipeline and improve the overall digital experience. The position combines experimentation, technical SEO, and cross-functional coordination to drive measurable business impact in a B2B environment.
Location: Remote
Compensation: $115,000 – $140,000 annually
Responsibilities

Develop and manage website strategy and performance across key pages
Align web priorities with marketing, sales, and product teams
Lead the A/B testing program from research through reporting
Maintain a testing backlog and library of insights to inform design improvements
Collaborate with the Web Platform Lead on new builds and QA
Create and execute SEO, GEO, and AEO strategies tied to pipeline topics
Conduct technical SEO audits and provide clear implementation requirements
Qualifications

5+ years in web strategy and optimization, preferably in B2B enterprise SaaS
Proven success in structured experimentation and organic search initiatives
Strong technical SEO expertise, including crawlability and site architecture
Experience with Google Search Console and major SEO platforms
Proficiency in analytics tools such as GA4 and tag management
Hands-on knowledge of GEO and AEO strategies
Basic understanding of HTML and CSS for requirement specification
