As an accomplished reporter and editor, I have used my writing and storytelling abilities to cover everything from local cops to far-and-away cattle ranches in newspapers and business magazines. My efforts have earned many accolades, including three Jesse H. Neal Awards. During a career in which I began as a beat writer and have become a managing editor, my skills have evolved from basic reporting to comprehensive, multimedia story telling and editing.
