My first children's book, The Honeybee Man, was a Junior Library Guild selection, a Kirkus starred review, a National Science Teacher’s Association “Outstanding Book,” a Bank Street “Best Book of the Year,” a 2012 Cook Prize honoree, a Cornell University Agricultural Literacy Week 2013 and 2015 read-aloud pick, and a First Book.
