Professional Experience

An Ayurveda Health Counselor, Yoga Therapist, and herbalist, I work with at risk teen girls in a group home and people of all ages in my private practise. Spiritually inclined, athletic and adventurous, I hostess women's support groups monthly at my home on a 50 acre vineyard in Southern Oregon. I enjoy making healthy living fun to learn and teaching people of all ages. Let's have some fun with healthy living and laugh a little! I am looking to expand into girls and teen magazine to create readership for my MG Fiction, Star Sisters and also Spa magazines which I enjoy very much.
