Director of Paid Search
in their office in Brooklyn, NY, to take charge of high-impact campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and other paid search platforms. The Director of Paid Search position offers an opportunity to drive growth for leading e-commerce furniture brands through data-driven strategies and innovative campaign execution.
Responsibilities:
Lead the development, execution, and optimization of paid search strategies across Google Ads, Meta, and other platforms
Perform in-depth keyword research, competitor analysis, and market trend assessments to inform campaign strategies
Oversee and analyze campaign budget management and ensure optimal allocation of spend across platforms
Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to align campaigns with brand messaging, goals, and overall marketing strategy
Implement A/B testing and other methodologies to continuously improve campaign performance
Mentor and lead marketing associates, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement
Provide performance reports and insights to stakeholders, identifying opportunities for optimization and growth
Requirements:
5+ years of experience managing paid search campaigns
Proven expertise in Pmax, Google Shopping, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid search platforms
Strong understanding of paid search strategy, performance metrics, and conversion optimization
Experience with budget management and allocation across multiple channels
Analytical mindset with a deep understanding of data, reporting, and performance analysis
Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
Experience in the furniture or e-commerce industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field is a plus
